Signing up is simple.  The form on the next page will ask for information so we can verify that you are a homeowner or resident. 

It's important that you enter the following information exactly as it's recorded with the community manager:

First Name:  Typically your legal first name, not your nickname.  Thomas instead of Tom, Elizabeth instead of Liz.

Last Name:  Your legal last name.

Property Street Address: 

The directional portion of your address (N or E) should be entered without a period. 
If your property is on a numbered street, you must include the "st" "rd" "nd" as appropriate. Do not include a period.
The type of street is a 2 letter abbreviation, St Rd Wy Ln Ct - again, no period.

Some examples:

1234 N Main St	1234 N. Main St.
3455 E 114th St	3455 E. 114th. St.
4267 N Violet Wy	4267 N. Violet Way

Unit#:  If you have a unit number, enter it with a # sign followed by your unit number. For example, #456

You can return to these instructions by clicking on Resident Services on the menu bar above and then selecting Registration Instructions and Sign Up.

After you Sign Up please click on My Profile (upper right corner of the screen) and verify that your information is correct.  If not, make changes on the Change Resident Directory Information Form (click on Resident Services, then Online Forms).  You may also "opt in" to have some or all of your information shown on the directory by checking the appropriate boxes in your profile.
